1. Definitions and Scope of the Agreement

These terms govern your use of the online platform of the Jordan Express Tourist Transportation Company – JETT (the "Carrier"). By using the platform or completing any booking on it, you acknowledge your agreement to these terms in full.

2. Booking and Ticket Issuance

• The passenger must review their ticket details immediately upon receipt.

• The ticket is valid for a single trip only, and must be presented to staff and security personnel along with official travel documents.

• The ticket is personal and may not be transferred or assigned to another person.

• A ticket is considered void if the passenger does not show up on the specified travel date and time.

3. Extra Luggage

• Extra luggage can only be purchased through the online platform, before arriving at the bridge.

• There are no counters or points of sale (POS) for purchasing extra luggage inside King Hussein Bridge.

• Luggage is inspected for security and is subject to applicable weight and quantity limits.

4. Travel Documents and Security Procedures

• Each passenger and their luggage are subject to standard security screening.

• It is the passenger's responsibility to verify the validity of their passport, visas, and all other required documents.

• The Carrier bears no responsibility for a passenger being denied entry for security reasons.

5. Electronic Payment

• Payments are processed through approved payment providers via encrypted channels.

• A booking is not considered final until payment succeeds and a booking number is issued.

• Published prices include applicable fees, unless stated otherwise.

6. Modification and Cancellation

If the Carrier postpones or cancels a trip for any reason, the passenger has the right to rebook their ticket without any additional obligation on the Carrier, with refund details managed according to the Cancellation & Refund Policy available on the platform.

7. Conduct Aboard the Buses

• Carrying any hazardous materials or items that threaten passenger or bus safety is prohibited under bridge security instructions.

• Passengers may not board or disembark within the border area, and photography there is prohibited.

• Smoking aboard the buses is prohibited.

• The Carrier has the right to remove any passenger who violates general conduct rules.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Carrier bears no liability for loss or damage to luggage, money, jewelry, or valuables, and is not responsible for any delay resulting from border procedures or any circumstance beyond its control.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and Jordanian courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
